Senior/Assistant Manager, Group Finance - Central Office

We are seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager to lead system implementation projects, develop advanced analytics solutions, and drive workflow optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with institutional finance units across the cluster to harmonize pricing strategies whilst delivering actionable insights through interactive dashboards that support leadership decision-making and cross-institutional benchmarking.
What You Will Do:
You will spearhead system analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and deliver automation solutions that streamline financial and operational processes across Radiology Sciences SingHealth. Your role involves directing budgeting, costing, forecasting, and variance analysis whilst collaborating with institutional finance units to harmonize cluster-wide pricing strategies and ensure accurate intercompany billing. You will lead system implementation projects from planning through execution, overseeing User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing to ensure seamless configuration before Go-Live. Acting as the key liaison between project managers, IT consultants, and stakeholders, you will drive continuous system optimization and develop centralized dashboards for cross-institutional performance benchmarking. Additionally, you will design interactive dashboards for leadership decision-making, deliver advanced analytics including utilization rates and scan duration metrics to optimize resource allocation, and provide strategic input during meetings whilst preparing high-level presentations and reports for leadership.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Preferably 4 years of working experience in system diagnostics, workflow optimization, and financial processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience with visualization tools such as Python
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and initiative
• Team player who works independently with critical thinking abilities
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach with ability to handle tight deadlines
