Senior/Assistant Manager, Office of SingHealth Academy (2-years Contract)

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to our education leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions: You will assist in hiring, resignation and contract renewal cases for Group Education, assist in the Learning Needs Analysis area, support the promotion exercises for Group Education, and coordinate the bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey
Administrative Support: You will provide support to the Group Chief Education Officer (GCEDO) in preparing slide presentations and Education workplan slide presentations. You will provide secretariat support in management meetings, which includes scheduling meetings, collating agendas and taking minutes, and manage education leaders' calendars when necessary..
Strategic and Policy Development: You will support the strategic development of initiatives in alignment with the SingHealth Duke-National University of Singapore Education Masterplan and draft policy papers, reports, presentations and correspondences on education-related initiatives. You will gather, analyse and evaluate information for preparation of papers and presentations, support planning and decision-making, and help to formulate strategies and shape policies.
Digital Transformation and Project Management: You will assist in driving digitalisation for Group Education, prepare PowerPoint presentations for management meetings as required, and undertake assigned projects contributing to the department's growth. You will also provide support in the day-to-day administration and operations of the section and support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Preferably 3-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or tertiary education industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills and experience
• Good team player and independent worker able to manage priorities and deadlines
• Initiative to complete assigned tasks and projects
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Organised, meticulous, and resourceful approach to work
