What We Do
We lead end-to-end implementation of Value-based Healthcare (VBH) programmes including Value-Driven Care initiatives, Choosing Wisely projects, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), and innovative value-based incentive models. Through data analytics and cross-institutional collaboration, we catalyse meaningful improvement in health outcomes across SingHealth Institutions.
Your Impact
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in advancing SingHealth's Appropriate and Value Based Care (AVBC) journey through strategic communication and engagement. Working alongside managers, and with cross-functional teams including Institution Value Leads, and Group and Institutional Communications teams, you'll drive culture change and adoption through compelling storytelling and stakeholder engagement across multiple platforms and omnichannel communications, building mindshare to drive Value Conscious culture building across the SingHealth cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change communication strategies that translate complex systems and processes into clear, engaging narratives
- Orchestrate multi-channel communications to unite SingHealth institutions behind the Appropriate and Value Based Healthcare agenda, including Choosing Wisely initiatives and PROMs implementation
- Through strategic counsel and measured communication approaches, you will assist to ensure effective change adoption and maintains transformation momentum across the organization
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline which includes Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related fields
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge in various communications channels (e.g. online, publication, media, social media, out-of-door, etc.)
- Adept at project management and able to drive multi-faceted campaigns to achieve good outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Team player and strong collaborator
- Independent worker, with drive to initiate projects and see them to completion.
