Senior/Associate Executive, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)
Join SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team and support our healthcare transformation initiatives across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will help drive digital adoption by coordinating events, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring smooth implementation of new technologies that enhance patient care.
We are seeking a Senior/ Associate Executive to provide administrative and coordination support for digital transformation projects. You will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate training sessions, and maintain accurate records whilst serving as a key communication point across our healthcare network.
What You Will Do:
You will manage stakeholder databases, prepare appointment letters and maintain records of change plans, communications and training attendance. Your role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder briefings, including managing participant lists, logistics preparation and progress tracking. You will input survey responses and attendance data into systems, support report generation and serve as a point of contact for staff enquiries about change events and training. Additionally, you will liaise with senior management, department heads and external stakeholders whilst providing secretarial support to the Digital Health Readiness team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Information System, Business or Healthcare related studies preferred
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the senior position
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
