Senior/Executive, Compensation & Performance Management

You will be part of a team that drives and administers the performance management process in SingHealth HQ.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for salary administration, ensuring accurate computation of bonuses and annual salary increments for staff. You will also administer performance appraisals and promotion exercises, and actively participate in pay-related analyses such as salary benchmarking and pay review exercises. Your work will help ensure that SingHealth HQ maintains a market-competitive compensation and performance management structure.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Resource-related field is preferred
  • Fresh graduates may apply, though candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Executive post
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and a team player, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous and numerically inclined
  • Driven and independent worker who is able to manage priorities
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare industry will be advantageous
