Senior/Executive, Graduate Medical Education HQ (2-year Contract)

You will be in charge of handling Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office’s operations, logistics and accreditation matters such as managing residency data, planning internal reviews, rolling out of surveys and report generation. You will assist the manager in the preparation of documentation required for accreditation through regular maintenance of proper records, and preparation of residency performance reports. You are expected to provide operational and administrative support for the department and facilitate work process integration.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years’ working experience
  • Prior working experience within a healthcare or training environment will be an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Good organisational abilities, with attention to detail
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
