Senior/Manager, Corporate Human Resource (Staffing)

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll work directly with department leaders across SingHealth HQ to align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain talents who deliver excellent healthcare to our community.
We are seeking a Senior or Manager-level HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to department leadership teams. You'll be responsible for developing innovative talent acquisition strategies, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR solutions that support our mission of advancing medicine and transforming healthcare for the benefit of our patients and community.
What You'll Do:
You will partner closely with department leaders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions. Your role involves developing and implementing creative talent acquisition approaches to attract top candidates in Singapore's competitive healthcare market, working with various stakeholder groups to design recruitment strategies that expand our candidate pool beyond traditional sources. You'll analyse workforce data and trends to provide insights on talent retention, offering strategic guidance on career progression and development opportunities that keep our best performers engaged. As a trusted business partner, you'll support line managers through employee relations challenges, workplace conflicts, and change management initiatives whilst building a positive work culture that reinforces SingHealth's employer brand. You'll also monitor key HR metrics including staff retention rates and turnover patterns, providing data-driven recommendations to department leadership and participating in cross-cluster HR projects that enhance our organisational capabilities.
Job Requirements:
• Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably with postgraduate qualification in Human Resource
• At least 6 years of relevant Human Resource experience
• Detailed knowledge of employment laws and practical application
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build credibility across the organisation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Knowledge of HR modules in SuccessFactors would be advantageous
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and team development
• Sound understanding of labour and industry relations laws and practices
