Senior/Manager, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)
Join SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team and lead transformational change across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will support the implementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system to drive organisational transformation initiatives that improve business performance whilst ensuring smooth transitions through effective stakeholder management and strategic leadership, minimising disruption to healthcare operations.
We are seeking a Senior/ Manager to plan, implement and sustain changes that support digital initiatives, restructures and cultural shifts. Reporting to the Change Lead of Digital Health Readiness, you will oversee a team whilst working closely with project managers to align change efforts with project timelines and goals.
What You Will Do:
You will design and implement Digital Health Readiness strategies, define success metrics and conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance areas. Your role involves identifying and engaging key stakeholders across all organisational levels, building coalitions and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership during transformation processes. You will develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, ensuring messaging is consistent and tailored to different audiences whilst overseeing training programme design and delivery to equip employees for new systems and processes. Additionally, you will conduct readiness assessments through workshops, focus groups and surveys. You will provide coaching to senior leaders and managers, as well as develop strategies to mitigate resistance whilst managing transformation risks. You will also establish reinforcement mechanisms to ensure change sustainability and conduct post-implementation evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Factors, Human Resource or Communication
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and support functions) and professional certification in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) advantageous
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong facilitation, planning and analytical abilities
- Team player with ability to work independently and proactively
