Assistant Manager, Dental Services

Supporting the Head, Dental Services you will:

• Ensure dental compliance with Infection Control Practice
• Ensure optimal inventory management
• Manage matters relating to Senior/ Dental Surgery Assistants & Dental Assistants
• Collaborate with other domains in SHP

You will also assist the Head, Dental Services in overseeing and maintaining the standards of Dental Services at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) to deliver quality dental care with operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• A university degree in clinical healthcare fields e.g. Nursing/ Dentistry/ Oral Health Therapy/ Medical/ Allied Health
• At least 6 years’ of relevant experience in healthcare and infection control. Having APSIC / CSSD certifications would be advantageous.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficient in computer skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF
• Proactive, dynamic, decisive and responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• People management experience
