Learning Management System Operations  

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-learning platforms including user management and content updates
  • Generate system reports and analyse usage data to improve platform effectiveness
  • Support users with platform navigation and technical assistance
  • Maintain digital learning resources and ensure content accessibility

 

Evaluation of Learning & System Effectiveness

  • Monitor compliance with training governance requirements
  • Analyse training effectiveness data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Maintain training effectiveness records and compile annual review reports
  • Ensure programme delivery meets quality standards and learning objectives
  • Facilitate the annual Learning & System Effectiveness Review Exercise
  • Monitor compliance with training governance requirements
  • Recommend programme improvements based on evaluation results and stakeholder feedback
  • Implement system improvements based on user feedback and performance data

 

Implementation of learning & development programmes

  • Liaise with vendor to organise HR corporate programme such as soft skills and supervisory programmes
  • Coordinate the implementation of functional programmes through domains and HQ departments
  • Source and evaluate suitable training vendors to meet learning needs
  • Plan and schedule course runs for HR corporate programme
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level compliance
  • Coordinate vendor performance reviews and contract renewals
  • Oversee the maintenance of training records to ensure timeliness and accuracy

 

Monitoring of Total Learning Plan

  • Generate quarterly training statistics for Individual and Departmental Learning Reports
  • Maintain monthly training report and prepare Training Dashboard
  • Regular liaison with department training coordinators
  • Collate quarterly training statistics for Total Learning Plan
  • Ensure the adherence to training processes and governance
  • Supporting Senior Management reporting requirements
  • Secretariat support for Training Workgroup

 

Management of Onboarding Experience

  • Design and implement the induction programmes for new, promoted, and transferred staff according to established frameworks
  • Coordinate monthly centralised orientation sessions including content delivery and logistics
  • Monitor compliance with mandatory induction requirements across all departments
  • Update induction materials and coordinate content reviews with department owners
  • Evaluate induction programme effectiveness and recommend improvements

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
