Assistant Manager, Operations (Clinic Operations)
As an Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations, you will participate in the implementation of all clinical services and operations projects in SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). You will review and re-design workflow to improve work efficiency in SHP. You will work with the various Departments to review and update the existing documents, procedures and information for Clinic Operations Department.
In addition, you will work in a team to implement new initiatives, execute ad-hoc Clinic Operations improvement projects and make recommendations for improvement. You will monitor clinical and service quality indicators, conduct operations reviews and manage patient- feedback, which includes liaising with Clinic Managers/ Executives to ensure that the issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also assist department supervisors in managing the general affairs of Clinic Operations in SHP.
