Associate Executive, Clinical Services (Community) (Contract)

Your role as an Associate Executive for Clinical Services encompasses administrative support for projects, services within the polyclinics and department level matters. You are expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth process flows on your projects, support data entry and collation, tracking of patient lists and KPIs, procurement, and any other administrative duties assigned. You will also be required to support programme-related events, surveys and meetings.



  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on programme related duties
  • Follow up closely on programme indicators, and target groups as required
  • Support procurement and budget management of projects
  • Support programme-related outreach, events, talks, surveys and meetings
  • Data entry, collate data, statistics, filing and maintain tracking lists
  • Ensure programme space(s) are well maintained
  • Any other duties assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma + ≥ 2 years’ experience; or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level + ≥ 8 years’ experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive personality and a good team player
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
