Job Description 

  • Coordinate & support CME simulcasts for SingHealth healthcare professionals and GPs.
  • Coordinate with the speakers for the CME simulcast sessions 
  • Review the feedback and improve the simulast sessions
  • Support and edit the videos of the CME simulcast sessions
  • Prepare the training materials for postgraduate training.
  • Setup & support for training programmes
  • Ensure the facilities & infrastructure of PRiME Training centre are in good working condition.
  • Work with the vendors for scheduled maintenance & rectification works
  • Provide IT knowledge and skills to support for Education training programmes and events
  • Submit the purchase requests via eProcurement & track the status of requests
  • Provide secretariat support for the scheduled meetings.
  • Performs any other duties that assigned by supervisors

               

               

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in office administration
  • Familiar with IT applications like Zoom, MS TEAMS, interactive teaching tools and video editing
  • Independent, responsible, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders
  • Experience in using IT applications & E learning resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good organisational and planning skills
