Job description    

  • Setup training equipment and models for training programmes
  • Provide support during training programmes and events
  • Prepare training materials for training programmes
  • Create post-training evaluation reports for programmes and events
  • Maintain accurate training records, including CME attendance
  • Support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals
  • Ensure facilities and infrastructure at Training Centre remain in good working condition
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works at the Training Centre
  • Submit purchase requests and monitor their status
  • Provide secretariat support for scheduled meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Skills and Qualification    

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
