Associate Executive, Fundraising & Volunteer Management

Responsibilities

 

  1. Provide administrative support for fundraising and volunteer management activities.
  2. Maintain donor and volunteer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Process donations and work with internal stakeholders in the administration of funds.
  4. Assist with coordinating fundraising campaigns and volunteer recruitment efforts.
  5. Support in fundraising materials, including donor letters, and promotional materials.
  6. Assist in organising fundraising and volunteer management meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  7. Assist in relevant ad-hoc duties and responsibilities at the department.
  8. Collaborate with the fundraising and volunteer management executives to achieve organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Preferably with two years’ working experience. Prior relevant experience is of advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power-point).
  • Organised and meticulous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated, able to work under pressure and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team to meet tight deadlines.
