  • Job Description:
    • You will be responsible for supporting Assistant Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.
    • Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
      • Creation of user guides on the human resources data systems
      • Support documentation of systems and data security management
      • Manage and review system access matrices
      • Support IT and HR Systems queries from users
      • Raising and keeping track of change requests and tickets.
      • Manage IT assets and annual reviews
      • Code scripts for small automation projects.
      • Conduct HR user training
      • Onboard new hires in HR department on IT related information.

 

  • Job Requirements:
    • Diploma in Information Technology, Human Resource or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
    • Strong grasp of general information technology with excellent attention to detail
    • Fast learner who is able to work independently
    • Having programming and scripting knowledge in VBA and Batch Script (CMD) is a plus.
