Digital Programme Lead, Digital Office

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Lead, Digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive digital adoption across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the implementation and scaling of digital solutions (e.g. RPA, AI, automation tools) while building a strong ecosystem of citizen developers. This role is key to delivering measurable business value through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital CoE programme to drive adoption of digital tools across the organisation
• Establish governance and oversee digital initiatives to ensure scalability and impact
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value digital use cases
• Track performance and business value of digital initiatives
• Drive change management and promote organisation-wide adoption
• Build digital capabilities through training and development of citizen developers
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure and deployment
• Foster a strong digital community and continuously evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in programme or product management in digital/technology environments
• Experience managing teams in a matrix organisation
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven experience in digital transformation and change management
• Familiarity with process analysis and business improvement
• Experience with digital tools (e.g. RPA, AI, automation, low-code platforms) is advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
