Job Description:

  • The Executive, Clinic Operations (Head Office), is responsible for the planning and implementation of clinical services and operations projects in SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP).
  • He/She will work with the various domains to review and re-design workflow, implement new initiatives, execute ad-hoc Clinic Operations improvement projects and make recommendations for improvement to enhance work efficiency for the polyclinics.
  • He/She will review and update the existing documents, procedures, and information for the department.
  • He/She will monitor clinical and service quality indicators, conduct operation reviews, and manage patient feedback, which includes liaising with Clinic Managers/Executives to ensure that the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • He/She will also assist department supervisors in managing the general affairs of Clinic Operations in SHP.
  • He/ She will also participate in workgroups and projects as assigned by the supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of work experience
