Executive/Senior Executive, Quality Management

You will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to improve the Patient Experience at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP).  You will work with team members to collectively ensure continuity of team, departmental, and programme functions.  You will also work collectively to ensure continual improvement in the Patient Experience programme and the integration of Patient Experience with other programmes in Quality Management (guided by SHP’s Quality Management framework) to ensure the Quality and Safety of patient care at SHP:
 

  • Plan and manage initiatives to enhance patient experience. These include patient engagement and insight gathering, monitoring and improving service standards, patient and staff recognition, feedback management and experience improvement.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and support patient experience-related activities.
  • Organise, support and participate in departmental meetings and activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact and work well with people of all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office
