Manager, Human Resource
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on the dual role combining HR partnering and hands-on HR operations. As part of a dynamic HR team, you will play a vital role in partnering with key stakeholders while ensuring effective day-to-day HR service delivery for assigned job groups. You will support a broad spectrum of HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, contracts management, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role also involves maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting ad-hoc HR projects and assignments to ensure smooth and timely HR operations.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or a general degree with a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience, including operational HR responsibilities and supervisory exposure.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable managing both HR partnering and operational responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholder at all levels
• Meticulous and adept in handling detailed work and data
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing conditions
