Pharmacy Store Assistant

Job Description:

• Top up pre-packs of liquids on shelves under the supervision of Pharmacy Supervisor, Senior Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant.
• Pre-pack tablets under the directions of the Pharmacy Supervisor in order to facilitate dispensing of prescriptions
• Arranges stores, under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor to ensure optimal utilization of storage space and easy retrieval of stores
• Assist in maintenance of equipment, under the direction of Pharmacy Supervisor
• Perform daily cleaning of the pharmacy, including counter tops, workbenches and tables
• Washes containers and closures used in the pharmacy
