Administration of Local Training Activities
- Collate course nominations
- Process and register training applications
- Prepare training confirmation details
- Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course follow-up
- Prepare of course materials and Electronic Digital Mailers (EDM)
- Monitor and track compliance requirement for learning programmes
- Support training logistics and setup of venue for in-house programmes
- Support rollout of activities for Employee Engagement Survey
Maintenance of Learning Management System
- Assist in maintenance of training catalogue and training records in LMS
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
