Administration of Local Training Activities         

  • Collate course nominations
  • Process and register training applications
  • Prepare training confirmation details
  • Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course follow-up
  • Prepare of course materials and Electronic Digital Mailers (EDM)
  • Monitor and track compliance requirement for learning programmes
  • Support training logistics and setup of venue for in-house programmes
  • Support rollout of activities for Employee Engagement Survey

 

Maintenance of Learning Management System

  • Assist in maintenance of training catalogue and training records in LMS

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
