Senior Executive, ACP Family Medicine

Job Description

The Senior Executive will support the administrative, operational and programme management functions of the Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP). The role involves coordinating academic activities, supporting faculty and research initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across clinical, education and research domains within the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for FM ACP activities, including meetings, programmes and events.
  • Coordinate academic initiatives such as faculty development, educational programmes and conferences.
  • Support research-related activities including grant administration, project tracking and documentation.
  • Liaise with clinicians, faculty members, researchers and external stakeholders to facilitate programme initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and programme updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records, databases and documentation related to FM ACP programmes and projects.
  • Support financial administration including budget tracking, procurement and claims processing.
  • Any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in programme administration, healthcare, academia or research administration.
  • Familiarity with research administration or grant management will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
