Senior Executive, Human Resource
You will support the HR operations within SingHealth Polyclinics as part of a dynamic HR team, and play a vital role in partnering with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of HR services.
You will be involved in the wide spectrum of HR management functions such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, promotion, rewards & recognition, staff benefits, implementation of HRIS projects, employee engagement, data analytics and exit management. You will also support the renewal of employment contract, practicing certificate, work pass and insurance scheme, manage confirmation assessment, and ensure accurate and timely updates of staff records in HRIS.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or a general degree with a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a public healthcare institution will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adept in handling detailed work and data
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
