Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Clinical Services (Contract)
Your role encompasses project management, coordination with stakeholders and support for the services within the polyclinics and collaborations with external stakeholders. You will work closely with clinicians to provide administrative support for programme(s)/project(s), follow up on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in audits, clinical tracers, and on-site support as required by the department.
Responsibilities:
Programme and Project Management
- Manage and implement clinical programmes/projects, ensuring goals and KPIs are met
- Establish workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
Data Management and Reporting
- Conduct data extraction, analysis, and dashboard development
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and government bodies
Medical Informatics
- Support the development and implementation of clinical information systems to enhance patient care delivery
- Design and implement solutions for clinical orders, medication administration, and documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct user training for clinical IT systems
- Provide secretariat support for relevant committees
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics
- Experience in healthcare industry or related field preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management and data analytics skills
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
