•    Participate  in administration and operations of the department to accomplish organization mission
•    Supervision of team members
•    Stakeholder engagement, represent the department in meetings and collaborations, championing our mission to improve healthcare education
•    Partner clinical leads in new program development  and its administration 
•    Project management, lead the planning and execution of education projects and events
