Senior Patient Service Associate, Clinic Operations (Snap-3)

Responsibilities:

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

•  GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or NITEC qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Able to commit to alternate Saturday work week schedule
