Assistant Director / Deputy Director / Director, Development Office

You will develop philanthropic strategies for internal and external prospects for the Hospital. You will lead the department in identifying, engaging, soliciting, and stewarding donors for philanthropic contributions to support health-related causes. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on their appeals to major donors. You will also establish a practical process for donor recognition as well as collaborate with SingHealth Fund, SingHealth Development and other relevant divisions to ensure all policies and processes comply with governance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 14 years’ experience in development, philanthropy, marketing, and/or related marketing communications
• Possess a Professional Association leadership like Association of Fundraising Professionals or equivalent is preferred
• Track record as the principal driver for raising funds will be advantageous
• Outcome driven with excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
