You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Research Office. This will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the research activities, providing support for Clinical, Allied Health and Nursing research initiatives, managing research grants or project funding, assisting in the implementation of relevant Research policies, and ensuring compliance with the applicable Acts, policies and standards in the conduct of research projects. In addition, you will provide other coordination or administrative support needed to contribute to the successful achievement of the research objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in healthcare research work
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge in research methodologies, statistics, and local healthcare system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated cross-cultural values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
