Assistant / Manager, Strategic Partnerships
You will oversee the Hospital’s engagement with community partners and develop the necessary capabilities to support Population Health goals for the North-Eastern Singapore. You will drive the development of systems and solutions to meet the healthcare needs across a spectrum of age groups. This will involve fostering goodwill with external community stakeholders, whilst engaging internal stakeholders in cultivating a climate of healthcare awareness and adoption of healthy living habits in the community. You will also engage corporations to raise the awareness of our services relevant to their corporate needs. In addition, you will manage contractual agreements with corporate partners, track performance indicators and provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Strong track record in the areas of community partnership and corporate engagement, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in administering contracts/agreements will be advantageous
- Strong management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead in ambiguous and challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team across different disciplines and organisations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
