Executive (Research), Transitional Care & Community Medicine
You will assist the Head of Department in delivering the Hospital’s population health mandate in the Transitional Care/Community Medicine and Telehealth settings. You will be required to support a new programme on virtual ward setup within patients’ home. You will be involved in research activities such as performing literature reviews, designing evaluation frameworks, conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys, implementing field studies, collating and analysing data, tracking programme indicators and outcomes as well as assisting in publications. In addition, you will provide timely progress updates and reports and ensure research findings are summarised accurately and customised for different stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- A self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight timelines
- Experience in project management, data analysis, healthcare operations will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge in statistical applications will be advantageous
