Healthcare Informatics Officer

Job Responsibilities

You will support the development of clinical informatics and digital transformation initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Working closely with clinicians, operational teams and technology partners, you will design, implement and manage clinical information system projects, optimise clinical workflows, drive the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions. You will also develop user training programmes and documentation, and ensure clinical systems, policies and processes remain aligned with institutional and national requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Epic-related disciplines or a related field
• Experience in healthcare informatics, clinical information systems, digital transformation, automation or project management will be advantageous
• Familiarity with AI, RPA, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications and other digital tools will be advantageous
• Good written and spoken communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
