Senior / Assistant Engineer, Facilities Management

You will assist in the management of outsourced services for repair, preventive maintenance and construction of new building facilities. In addition, you will render technical support to user departments, involve in energy usage planning and management as well as assist in inspection and acceptance activities related to new facilities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Estate / Facility Management with preferably at least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Prior experience in plant maintenance and contractor management would be an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively, establish priorities and multi-task
