Senior / Associate Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Systems & Training)

You will provide support to enhance overall clinic operational efficiency. This include supporting the project planning and coordination, handling general enquiries pertaining to the outpatient business systems, trouble-shooting, as well as performing backend system support. In addition, you will assist in preparing and maintaining training materials as well as conducting staff training for outpatient business systems.

Requirements

• Diploma with prior relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality operations
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
