Senior/ Biostatistician, Research Office (Contract)

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing statistical expertise across the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of research studies and clinical programmes. This includes working closely with clinicians, epidemiologists, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scientifically robust analyses that support evidence-based decision-making. You will also undertake the development, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of statistical outputs, using appropriate methodologies and tools to support clinical research, programme evaluation, and healthcare outcomes improvement.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, Computer Science, Biomedical Science or related field

• Proficient in statistical programming using software such as R, SAS, Stata, SPSS, or Python

• Experience in statistical analysis, study design data interpretation and database management process

• Prior experience in clinical research, healthcare analytics, or hospital settings as well as knowledge of health economic modelling, machine learning, or bioinformatics will be advantageous

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable insights

• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
