Senior / Executive, Clinical Governance
You will play an instrumental role in patient care delivery through medical records review, clinical events analysis, and implementation of improvement initiatives. This role includes preparing reports, maintaining databases, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, investigate and analyse clinical incidents reported, including reviewing of medical records.

Ensure hospital compliance with all relevant regulatory and standard requirements. Conduct checks and audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Facilitate collaboration among staff to create comprehensive safety programs and support the development of programs to improve patient safety.

Implement initiatives to reduce patient harm, enhance adverse event detection, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Serve as a resource for clinical departments on issues of patient safety.

Support training programs, workshops and education related to Patient Safety.

Support SKH Senior Management in facilitating Leadership Ground Connect (LGC) and Chairman of Medical Board Ground Connect (CMB GC) sessions to promote a safety culture and practices.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance SKH's safety culture based on insights from ground connect sessions.

Other administrative duties such as: Prepare detailed reports and presentations, Maintain and manage relevant databases.
In addition to core duties, the individual will also be exposed to other supportive tasks assigned within the department to facilitate clinical governance.

Requirements:

Degree in Healthcare-related field preferred.

Degree in non-healthcare-related field may be considered if the individual demonstrates exemplary knowledge of the hospital care setting.

Minimum 2 years’ relevant healthcare experience. Entry-level candidates with genuine interest in health systems and patient safety may be considered.

Proficiency in IT applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
