Senior / Executive, Crisis Planning & Operations

You will assist in scenario planning and incident management in the hospital, through participation in the formulation and operationalisation of the Hospital Emergency Response Plan to support continuity of hospital’s critical services, communicable disease outbreaks, and civil and national emergencies. You will also be involved in enhancing the hospital’s crisis readiness and response capabilities through hospital surveillance systems and infrastructure. In addition, you will coordinate the hospital’s management and response to peacetime incidents as well as prepare and issue operations instructions to staff.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in medical or nursing
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in nursing or operations-related field
• Prior working experience in crisis / emergency response management or events management will be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• An excellent team player who is also able to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
