Senior / Executive, Office of Operations Safety

You will provide operational and administrative support for the full spectrum of Operations Safety in the Hospital. This includes conducting workplace safety inspection and risk assessment as well as investigating workplace incidents and making recommendations for improvement. You will also work with internal stakeholders on workplace abuse, harassment and preventive measures. In addition, you will be involved in organizing campaigns and training to promote safety awareness, maintaining workplace safety reports and participating in quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• MOM-Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
