Senior / Executive, Pre-Operative & Admitting Services (Bed Management Unit)

You will ensure the smooth operations of the Hospital's daily admissions and bed management. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve efficient and clinically appropriate bed placement for all patients admitted to the Hospital. You will also be responsible for formulating, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures and plans to deliver quality services to our patients. In addition, you will be involved in the department's plans for emergency preparedness and business continuity as well as participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Operational experience in healthcare sector is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP and/or Bed Management System (BMS) will be advantageous
• Excellent team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
