Senior / Executive, Pre-Operative & Admitting Services (ED Operations)

You will manage and supervise a team of Patient Service Associates to provide operations support to the Emergency Department which includes emergency attendance registration, payment and admissions.  You will formulate, implement and review policies, procedures and plans as well as establish internal controls to ensure the provision of quality services to our patients. In addition, you will be involved in the hospital and department plans for emergency preparedness and participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with prior relevant experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Good team player with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
