Senior / Executive, Pre-Operative & Admitting Services

You will lead a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure seamless and high-quality admitting services. This includes admission registration, financial counselling and service feedback management. You will review policies and procedures to facilitate daily work processes for the smooth operation of the department. In addition, you will participate in quality improvement and systems enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in healthcare sector
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Highly adaptable, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
