Senior Executive, Quality and Risk Management Office (Quality Improvement)

You will be involved in quality programmes that aim to create value for the Hospital. Your role will include project facilitation, data analysis, performance gap analysis, as well as internal and external collaboration with stakeholders to enhance organisational performance. You will deploy appropriate Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) to support stakeholders in project management. You will also conduct QI training programmes, engagement activities and communication initiatives to create awareness and develop QI capability among staff. Lastly, you will provide secretariat and administrative support for committees and events.

 

 Requirements

  • Degree in Science-related disciplines, preferably with 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Certification in Quality/Process Improvement will be advantageous
  • Experience in coaching and training
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-motivated team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
