Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Clinic P)

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Clinic and monitor operational performance to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery. You will participate in cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance service delivery and work processes, while maintaining high standards of care and achieving organisational performance targets. In addition, you will be involved in capacity planning, resource optimisation and manpower planning.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in outpatient clinic operations

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

• Resourceful, IT-savvy and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for process improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
