Senior / Research Fellow (Research Office) (Contract)
You will contribute to research projects focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health, supporting the design, execution and completion of studies. Working closely with Principal Investigators, researchers and external stakeholders, you will conduct data analysis, contribute to scientific publications, provide mentorship to junior team members, and support the development of innovative research that advances healthcare outcomes and knowledge.
Requirements

PhD in Life Sciences, Health Services Research, Psychology/Neuropsychology, Behavioural Science or a related discipline

At least 2 years of post-doctoral experience for Research Fellow, or 7 years of post-doctoral experience for Senior Research Fellow

Strong research methodology, study design, data analysis and project management skills

Proficient in statistical and/or qualitative software such as STATA or SPSS

Proven scientific writing skills, with a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior researchers, students or research staff

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment
