Senior/Executive, Patient Experience (Feedback)

You will manage and provide appropriate responses to feedback received by the Hospital in a timely manner.  As a Hospital ambassador, you will converse confidently with a caring attitude to patients and their family members as well as members of the public who may be in a high emotional state.  You will also provide support in all aspects of patient experience to promote and define Sengkang General Hospital as a service leader in the healthcare industry. You are also required to partake in Quality Improvement projects and/or Hospital-wide Civil Emergency exercises.

 

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 3 years’ working experience
  • Confident and passionate in service quality and willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
