Sr / Assistant Manager, Programme (Research Office - Contract)
You will support the planning, implementation and operational management of research programmes focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health. Working closely with Principal Investigators, researchers and key stakeholders, you will drive programme delivery, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage resources and budgets, and support research activities that advance healthcare outcomes and innovation.
Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Health Services Research, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Public Health or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in programme management, research administration, project management or healthcare operations

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Experience managing budgets, tracking programme deliverables and preparing reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies

Experience reviewing scientific literature and supporting research projects will be advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
