What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head in handling correspondences independently
  • Manage the research grants
  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate work processes
  • Assist in managing the study budgets
  • Planning of annual capital and operational budget for the department
  • Coordinate and minute meetings
  • Tabulate and analyze research indicators and other research-related data analysis
  • Prepare and compile research data
  • Coordinate and engage various internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Liaise and partner finance department, funding bodies, local and international collaborators to ensure grants and project budgets matters are effectively addressed


What you will need to have:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Science
  • At least 2-3 years of related working experience in healthcare/research environment
  • Proactive, good coordination and organisation skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and multitask efficiently
  • Familiar with research database spreadsheets will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
